Kasper's perspective comes from building companies and teams across borders, recruiting leaders and investing in property.
Kasper built an international Norwegian company to more than 50 employees, including a 17-person back office in Serbia followed by a 15-person back office in Poland. He remains active in reQruitz, whose team has filled over 420 positions, including CEO, CFO and COO searches.
His property investment experience spans nearly two decades, from the Nordic market to Spain's Costa del Sol. This has given him direct perspective on acquisition, ownership, relocation and long-term planning across borders.
His practical experience spans Armenia, Georgia, Paraguay, Poland, Serbia, Norway and Finland. Kullberg Estate & Advisory focuses its property and relocation work on Marbella and the Costa del Sol, and Florianópolis.
The value of this experience is practical judgement: knowing which questions to ask, where complexity may arise and when the right specialist should be brought into the process.
