Who controls the data

This website operates under the name Kullberg Estate & Advisory. The data controller is Kasper Kullberg. Privacy enquiries and data-rights requests can be sent to kasper@kullbergadvisory.com.

What information is collected

Depending on the form or enquiry, Kullberg Estate & Advisory may collect your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, country, main interest, requested resource and the details you choose to include in your message.

Why the information is used

The information is used to respond to enquiries, send approved requested private resources, understand which market or service is relevant, arrange introductions where appropriate and maintain relevant enquiry records.

Marketing consent

The website request form offers a separate, optional checkbox for relevant property and advisory updates by email. People who tick the box are added to the monthly mailing list and receive a welcome email, including the latest approved briefing when one is available. You may unsubscribe from any marketing email or contact us to withdraw consent. A private consent record stores the wording, version, source, time and status of your choice. Marketing contacts remain until withdrawal or unsubscribe, with inactive contacts reviewed after 24 months.

Email automation and service providers

Kullberg Estate & Advisory uses Resend to send transactional website request confirmations, approved requested materials and optional monthly updates to people who consent. The mailing list and unsubscribe preferences are managed in Resend, while consent records are stored separately in private Vercel storage. Request details are sent to Kullberg Estate & Advisory for a personal response. Pipedrive may be used later for qualified advisory or property conversations. These providers process data only for the purposes described in this policy and under appropriate data-processing terms.

Legal basis

Enquiry handling and requested resource delivery are based on responding to your request. Optional monthly marketing updates are based on your consent. Basic record keeping and service administration may be based on legitimate business interests, such as maintaining contact history and managing client communications.

How long information is kept

Ordinary enquiries and private resource requests are normally kept for up to 12 months after the last meaningful interaction. Qualified advisory, property and co-investment opportunities may be kept for up to 24 months after the last meaningful interaction unless they become an active client engagement. Client and transaction records are kept for the periods required by the applicable legal, tax, accounting and contractual obligations of the relevant controller or contracting entity.

Who information is shared with

Information may be shared with trusted local professional contacts, such as lawyers, tax advisers, banks, accountants, migration advisers, property agents or project contacts, only where this is relevant to your enquiry or requested introduction. Sensitive details should be shared only when necessary for the specific matter.

Your rights

Depending on applicable law, you may have the right to request access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction, objection to processing and withdrawal of marketing consent. To exercise these rights, email kasper@kullbergadvisory.com.

Cookies, analytics and advertising measurement

Optional Google Analytics 4 measurement helps us understand which public pages and services visitors find useful and whether requests or contact actions are completed. Google Analytics loads only after you select Accept optional cookies. Rejecting optional cookies leaves the website fully usable. You can withdraw your choice through Cookie settings in the footer. Withdrawal removes our analytics cookies and reloads the page to stop measurement.

We do not send names, email addresses, phone numbers, enquiry text, form answers, signed links or URL query strings to analytics. Google may process technical information, such as device and browser details, and pseudonymous cookie identifiers after consent. Advertising cookies, Google Signals, remarketing and advertising personalisation are disabled. Your analytics choice is independent of any optional email-marketing choice.

Your preference is stored in your browser for up to 180 days. Analytics cookies are limited to 180 days. User-level and event-level analytics retention is set to two months without resetting on new activity. Standard aggregated reports may remain available longer. Google processes analytics data as a service provider and may process data outside your country. See Google’s privacy policy for information about its processing.

Fonts and map content

The website uses Google Fonts for typography and OpenStreetMap tiles for the property location overview. Loading these resources creates a connection to the relevant provider, which receives technical request information such as your IP address and browser details. These page resources are separate from optional Google Analytics measurement.
